A personalised package designed for your needs. We discuss at the start of the programme what level of support is required and what you would like to achieve from the sessions. This may combine both coaching and therapeutic techniques.

Happya Academy offers online Masterclasses for those wishing to explore specific areas in their personal development. Founded on positive psychology, each masterclass includes self-paced lessons, workbooks and more.

Firstly, we establish the style of support you would benefit from, whether a more therapeutic approach or coaching style would suit you best. Next, we establish the goals you would like to achieve. Each week we will discuss your progress, identify any block, and determine your next step. Where appropriate, I may provide additional resources to help you with accomplishing your goals.

Includes
12 weekly sessions delivered online via zoom. These sessions are private, personalised sessions and may include tailored hypnotherapy and other therapeutic techniques. Dependent on your needs, positive psychology tools may also be offered.
6 Month Package

24 weekly sessions delivered online via zoom. These sessions are private, personalised sessions and may include tailored hypnotherapy and other therapeutic techniques. Dependent on your needs, positive psychology tools may also be offered.
